Our team will schedule an on-site visit to verify the information and ensure that the selected Patio Package fits perfectly in your space. During this visit, we will assess any requirements or adjustments.

FAQ - About Patio Package
1.Is landscaping included in the package?
No, Patio packages are strictly for patios only.
2.What is included in a patio package?
Only the patio itself with a single border around the perimeter. Polymeric sand will be included after the completion of the patio. All sand will be swept into paver joints and compacted with a roller tamper, then set in place with water. Concrete bond will be placed on the outside edge of pavers as restraints.
3.Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes, we warranty all our patio and hardscape work for three (3) years.
4.Is tax included in the price?
No, all hardscape work is a capital improvement. The client will receive a capital improvement form to fill out and sign along with the contract.
5.Do I need to seal our pavers?
Sealing is completely up to the client. We offer two options: a semi-gloss finish and a matte finish. Choosing to seal your pavers will keep your paver color consistent and unfaded. Usually, a seal can last up to three years.
6.What are your payment options?
We like to obtain a deposit three to four days before your project start date. An invoice will be sent to the client and can be paid online via email. We offer credit/debit card payment, check payment, and cash payment.
